Havas has acquired a majority stake in Gauly Advisors, a leading German corporate and financial communications firm, which will now operate as H/Advisors Gauly under Havas’s global strategic communications network, H/Advisors.
The move strengthens H/Advisors’ presence across Germany, the DACH region, and Europe, expanding its expertise in financial communications, public affairs, and corporate transformation. Gauly’s leadership team will retain significant equity and continue to lead operations across Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, and Berlin, working alongside H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt.
This acquisition enhances Havas’s global advisory platform, reinforcing its position in key European markets and aligning with its vision to build a world-class, European-rooted strategic communications consultancy.
