Riddhi Adlakha has joined Nestlé as Region Head – Marketing, Sales & E-commerce IT for Asia, Oceania, and Africa. In this role, she will lead the integration of marketing, sales, and digital commerce to enhance consumer engagement and drive digital innovation across markets.
With over 18 years of experience in digital transformation and marketing strategy, Adlakha previously spent more than a decade at TCS as Managing Partner for Digital and Global Head of Digital Marketing. She has also held leadership roles at Blueocean Market Intelligence, Accenture, and Respondez.
Her appointment reflects Nestlé’s focus on strengthening its marketing and digital capabilities across the AOA region.
