Publicis Media India, part of Publicis Groupe, has announced the launch of Spark Foundry India, a full-funnel, AI- and data-powered media agency, further strengthening its position as one of the top players in the Indian media landscape. The new agency brings a modern model that unifies brand building, performance, and commerce to drive measurable growth across the customer journey.
As part of this launch, Niti Kumar previously Chief Growth Officer at Publicis Media India has been appointed CEO of Spark Foundry India. Known for her strategic strength and deep client relationships, she will lead the agency’s growth and vision.
In parallel leadership movements, Ravi Bhaya takes on the role of Chief Growth Officer, Publicis Media India, while Jai Lala and Rathi Gangappa continue to head Zenith and Starcom, respectively, with expanded mandates under Publicis Connected Media. Jai will sponsor Connected CRM, and Rathi will sponsor Connected Influence, enhancing the network’s integrated, data-driven media capabilities.
All four leaders Niti Kumar, Jai Lala, Rathi Gangappa, and Ravi Bhaya will report to Lalatendu Das, CEO, Publicis Media South Asia.
