Kansai Nerolac Paints has rolled out a new Gen AI–powered digital campaign for Nerolac Perma NoHeat, its heat-reduction coating developed to combat rising temperatures across India. The two-film campaign has been scripted by Rediffusion and created entirely using generative AI by Aesthetic Intelligence Lab, showcasing what AI-led storytelling can achieve at scale.
The fully AI-generated films deliver high-end cinematic visuals and seamless realism that would be difficult to execute through traditional production. Using imaginative storytelling, the campaign humorously shows Arctic animals like penguins and polar bears gravitating toward Indian homes coated with Perma NoHeat, underlining the product’s ability to reduce surface temperatures by up to 15°C.
Commenting on the creative approach, Pramod Sharma, National Creative Director at Rediffusion, said the use of AI allowed the team to bring ambitious ideas to life without conventional limitations. Carol Goyal, MD, Aesthetic Intelligence Lab, added that the films demonstrate how advanced AI tools can deliver consistency, scale, and craft for digital-first audiences.
Perma NoHeat is positioned as a sustainable cooling solution offering multiple benefits, including superior whiteness, crack-bridging properties, strong adhesion, and a three-year waterproofing warranty. The 30-second Hinglish films will be released across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, with regional adaptations aimed at driving awareness and consideration among Indian homeowners.
