Myntra has appointed Pramod Adiddam as its new Chief Technology Officer, strengthening its leadership bench as the fashion e-commerce platform looks to further scale its technology capabilities.
Adiddam brings over two decades of experience in building and operating large consumer-facing digital platforms. His expertise spans architecting complex commerce systems, developing agentic models, scaling multi-billion-dollar marketplace engines and driving product innovation across key customer segments.
Before joining Myntra, he held senior leadership roles at Google and Instacart, where he led global engineering teams across platform development, marketplace expansion and new product initiatives. Myntra said his leadership style aligns closely with its engineering-driven culture and long-term approach to building technology at scale.
Commenting on the appointment, Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha said technology remains central to delivering a seamless shopping experience to millions of users. She added that Adiddam’s track record in running large global platforms and combining technical depth with disciplined execution would be critical as the company continues to strengthen its core systems.
Adiddam said he was excited to join Myntra at a time when the company has built a robust technology foundation focused on rigour, scalability and customer obsession. He added that he looks forward to working closely with teams across the organisation to accelerate innovation and deepen the platform’s overall technical capabilities to support Myntra’s long-term growth.
In his new role, Adiddam will report directly to Sinha and oversee Myntra’s technology and engineering functions.
