WPP has strengthened its partnership with Henkel Consumer Brands by securing its consolidated global creative and production business. The expanded mandate covers leading brands such as Persil, Schwarzkopf and Syoss.
This win builds on WPP’s earlier media mandate for Henkel across Europe, further deepening the relationship and positioning WPP as a key integrated partner for the company’s global marketing efforts.
The mandate follows a competitive pitch process that spanned over a year, with Henkel seeking a partner capable of delivering end-to-end solutions from creative and production to marketing technology to drive growth across its international brand portfolio.
At the core of the partnership will be WPP Open, the group’s marketing platform, which will integrate teams, streamline workflows and enable a more connected approach across creative, production and media.
Cindy Rose said the expanded partnership reflects WPP’s ability to combine creativity with technology and deliver measurable impact for global brands. She added that the collaboration aligns with WPP’s Elevate28 strategy, aimed at driving integrated growth for clients through a unified marketing ecosystem.
With this move, WPP is set to play a larger role in shaping Henkel’s global marketing strategy, delivering a seamless and integrated approach across functions to accelerate brand growth.
