Havas Media Network has appointed Andrea Isaac as Managing Partner and Alessia Grosso as Head of Strategy & Product for Havas Play North America, reinforcing its culture-first approach to brand engagement.
Havas Play, recently named 2024 Agency of the Year by the M&M Global Awards, focuses on fandom, creators, gaming, and live experiences to help brands actively participate in culture.
Isaac, a Havas veteran with leadership roles across Latin America, will drive growth and partnerships in North America. Grosso, formerly SVP at Havas Media Canada, will lead strategy and product innovation, emphasizing gaming, platforms, and storytelling.
Greg James, CEO of Havas Media Network North America, said their combined expertise will strengthen the agency’s mission to help brands lead through culture, not follow it.
