OpenAI has launched OpenAI Grove, a new program to support early-stage AI talent even before they have a concrete startup idea. Unlike traditional accelerators, Grove is designed for individuals curious about building in AI and exploring concepts.
The five-week inaugural cohort, hosted at OpenAI’s San Francisco HQ, will offer workshops, mentorship, early access to OpenAI tools, and collaboration with researchers. About 15 participants will join, with applications open until September 24, 2025.
Through Grove, OpenAI aims to nurture a diverse community of future AI entrepreneurs and create a long-term network of innovators.
