Criteo has appointed Edouard Dinichert as Chief Customer Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Based in New York, he will lead global sales and operations for Criteo’s Performance Media business, reporting to CEO Michael Komasinski. Dinichert will focus on accelerating growth, enhancing commercial excellence, and strengthening client success.

With over 20 years of experience, Dinichert previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at TripleLift and spent more than a decade at Amazon, where he built Amazon Advertising in France and led global Ad Tech Sales & Services.

Komasinski said Dinichert’s expertise in scaling data-driven organizations and his cross-market experience will help advance Criteo’s global performance media ambitions.
