Oriflame has appointed Robert Bensoussan as chairman of Oriflame Holding and Oriflame Investment Holding PLC, effective after the company’s recapitalisation later this year.

A veteran in global consumer brands, Bensoussan has led companies like Jimmy Choo and served on the boards of Lululemon and Interparfums. His expertise in restructuring and scaling premium brands will help steer Oriflame’s long-term growth strategy.

Alexander af Jochnick will remain on the Board, focusing on strategic direction, while CEO Anna Malmhake said the recapitalisation provides a strong base to accelerate transformation and empower Oriflame’s global network of Beauty Entrepreneurs.

With renewed investment and leadership, Oriflame aims to strengthen innovation and expand its purpose-driven entrepreneurship, particularly across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets in India.
