Pernod Ricard India has elevated Namita Bhardwaj to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to focus on building a strong people and culture strategy.

Bhardwaj shared the update through a LinkedIn post. She has been associated with Pernod Ricard India for nearly four years and most recently served as Head of Total Rewards, Performance, Analytics, and Digital Experience. In that role, she played a key role in shaping the company’s compensation structures, performance management frameworks, and workforce analytics capabilities.

Before joining Pernod Ricard India, Bhardwaj worked as Principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where she advised organisations on executive compensation, long-term incentive programs, and future-focused workforce reward strategies. In her new role, she will focus on advancing the company’s people agenda, strengthening employee experience, and supporting organisational growth through strategic talent initiatives.
