Sapphire Foods India has elevated Vikrant Vohra to the role of President & Chief Executive Officer – KFC Business, effective July 25, 2026, following the resignation of Deepak Taluja from the position.

The appointment was announced by the company through a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

Vohra currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Pizza Hut Business at Sapphire Foods and will continue to be part of the company’s senior management team.

A food service and hospitality industry veteran, Vohra has spent nearly a decade with Sapphire Foods, where he has played a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of the Pizza Hut business. Over the years, he has held several leadership positions, including CEO of Pizza Hut India, Chief Operating Officer of Pizza Hut India and Market Manager for Western India.

Before joining Sapphire Foods, Vohra worked with Yum! Brands and Yum! Restaurants International, overseeing KFC operations across key Indian markets. His experience spans restaurant operations, customer experience, people development, sales growth, profitability and brand management.

Earlier in his career, he also held senior operational roles at Marriott International and Taj Hotels, building extensive expertise across the hospitality and food service sectors.

The leadership transition comes as Sapphire Foods seeks to strengthen its KFC business under a leader with deep operational experience across both KFC and Pizza Hut brands.

In a related move, the company has also appointed Saurabh Girdhar as Assistant Vice President and Chief Operating Officer – Pizza Hut Business, effective July 25, 2026.
