Kinnect has unveiled a renewed growth strategy focused on strengthening integrated capabilities, creative excellence and leadership as it gears up for its next phase of expansion.

Over the years, the agency has evolved from a digital-first player into a full-service integrated marketing partner, bringing together creative, media, influencer, technology and strategy capabilities under one roof. The agency says this approach has enabled it to help brands navigate an increasingly complex and fragmented marketing landscape.

According to Kinnect, the agency has grown fourfold over the last six years and is now looking to accelerate that momentum through enhanced leadership, operational efficiencies and deeper client partnerships.

As part of this strategic evolution, Kinnect has promoted Ankit Banga to the role of Chief Operating Officer. In his expanded mandate, Banga will focus on strengthening operational processes, improving delivery frameworks and building a more agile and scalable organisation.

On the creative front, Neville Shah continues to lead the agency as Chief Creative Officer, with a focus on creating culturally relevant work that drives both consumer engagement and business impact.

Further strengthening its leadership team, Kinnect has appointed Gaurav Dudeja as Chief Business Officer. Joining from FCB Interface, Dudeja will be responsible for business growth, client relationships and enhancing collaboration across the agency’s integrated service offerings.

Commenting on the agency’s direction, Chandni Shah, CEO, Kinnect & 22feet Tribal, said the future of marketing lies in connected systems rather than siloed capabilities. She added that Kinnect’s next chapter will focus on building collaborative solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes while maintaining relevance in a rapidly evolving industry.

The leadership changes come as Kinnect continues to expand its integrated marketing capabilities and strengthen its position within the Omnicom Advertising India network, with a sharper focus on growth, innovation and client success.
