Omnicom Media’s OMD India has won the integrated media mandate for Ventura, the flagship retail investment services brand of Ventura Securities, following a competitive multi-agency pitch. The mandate will see OMD India take charge of Ventura’s media strategy, planning and execution as the financial services brand looks to accelerate growth and strengthen its presence in India’s rapidly evolving investment ecosystem.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Ventura Securities is a SEBI-registered financial services provider and a member of NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, NSDL and CDSL. The company offers a range of investment and trading services, including online stock and commodity trading, derivatives, mutual funds, demat and trading accounts, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and customised investment planning solutions.

The win further strengthens OMD India’s presence in the BFSI category, with the agency bringing expertise in investor behaviour, financial decision-making journeys and evolving media consumption patterns among traders and wealth creators.

As part of the mandate, OMD India will adopt a connected, full-funnel media approach aimed at helping Ventura stand out in an increasingly competitive investment services market. The strategy will combine audience intelligence, adaptive planning and outcome-led media orchestration to create a more responsive and growth-focused media framework for the brand.

A key component of OMD India’s proposition is Omnicom Media’s AI-enabled technology ecosystem, alongside the agency’s specialist talent, automation capabilities and proprietary platforms. Omni, Omnicom Media’s marketing intelligence platform, enables connected planning and optimisation across audiences, channels and business outcomes. Acxiom Real ID will further support consumer intelligence and precision targeting, helping the agency build sharper full-funnel strategies across the investor journey.

Commenting on the mandate, Anisha Iyer, CEO, OMD India, said that investors today operate in an environment shaped by a constant flow of information, changing financial behaviours and increasing expectations from the platforms they use. She added that financial services brands need to go beyond visibility and focus on relevance, trust, precision and meaningful engagement throughout the decision-making journey.

Iyer said Ventura is building for a new generation of investors and that OMD India is looking forward to developing an adaptive, insight-led media ecosystem focused on measurable business outcomes.

Manu Monga, Director, Ventura, said the company has evolved from a brick-and-mortar brokerage into an omnichannel investment platform, driven by its focus on delivering a digital experience for DIY investors. As Ventura enters its next phase of growth, he said the company was looking for a partner with category expertise, strategic capabilities and advanced media solutions.

Monga added that OMD India’s understanding of the BFSI landscape and its future-ready approach made the agency the right partner for Ventura’s growth journey.

The Ventura win adds to OMD India and Omnicom Media India’s momentum in 2026, further expanding the network’s portfolio of clients and strengthening its position across the financial services and BFSI ecosystem.
