Olyv, a digital lending platform in India, has appointed Ravi Sharma as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Sharma brings more than 17 years of experience across financial services, capital markets and business finance. At Olyv, he will oversee the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, risk governance and long-term value creation as it continues to expand its portfolio of financial products and services.

Before joining Olyv, Sharma served as Chief Financial Officer at Finova Capital, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial operations and supporting its growth. Having joined Finova during its early stages, he led several strategic financial initiatives, including five equity funding rounds and the onboarding of more than 50 lending partners.

Commenting on the appointment, Rohit Garg, CEO and Founder, Olyv, said Sharma’s experience across financial services and capital markets would be valuable as the company focuses on scaling its operations and pursuing sustainable, profitable growth.

Sharma said he was looking forward to joining Olyv at an important stage in its development and contributing to the company’s focus on using technology to address the financial needs of underserved and emerging consumer segments.

The appointment comes as Olyv continues to expand across its lending and financial wellness businesses, with the company strengthening its leadership team to support its longer-term growth plans.
