Eureka Forbes is highlighting the long-term costs of owning a water purifier with Aquaguard’s new campaign, ‘Four Years Sorted’. Built around the brand’s four-year unconditional warranty, the campaign aims to address a common consumer concern: the recurring expenses associated with filter replacements, spare parts, servicing and maintenance after purchasing a water purifier.

Under the warranty, customers receive zero-cost filter replacements, spare parts, servicing and maintenance for four years, without additional maintenance expenses or the need to purchase an annual maintenance contract (AMC) during the period. The campaign shifts the focus beyond the initial purchase price to the overall ownership experience, positioning predictable maintenance costs as an important consideration for consumers.

Taking a light-hearted approach, the campaign film uses a familiar family setting to draw a parallel between planning for the future and having one less household expense to worry about. Through this relatable narrative, Aquaguard communicates its central message that consumers can enjoy greater peace of mind when the key costs associated with maintaining their water purifier are covered.

Anurag Kumar, Chief Growth Officer, Eureka Forbes Limited, said the decision to invest in a water purifier extends beyond the initial purchase to the experience of maintaining it over the years. He added that the four-year unconditional warranty is designed to remove uncertainty around recurring filter, spare parts and maintenance costs. The campaign aims to communicate this proposition simply, using an everyday family moment to reinforce the message that “the next four years are sorted” with Aquaguard.

The four-year unconditional warranty is available on select Aquaguard water purifiers across online and offline retail channels. Online, the offer applies to Aquaguard ASPIRE Glow and Aquaguard Ritz Pro, while Aquaguard ENRICH Glam Minerals is covered at retail outlets. With ‘Four Years Sorted’, the brand is making long-term maintenance a central part of its consumer proposition, highlighting the value of a hassle-free ownership experience rather than focusing solely on the initial purchase.
