Axis Bank, in partnership with Visa, has unveiled its festive campaign under ‘Dil Se Open Celebrations 2026’, featuring actor Shahid Kapoor. Built around the message ‘Iss festive season, har khushi ko banao badi’, the campaign celebrates the desire to make festive moments more special for loved ones, combining emotional storytelling with offers designed to add value to customers’ festive spending.
The campaign film features Shahid Kapoor alongside a young girl whose magical dollhouse brings her wishes to life. Whenever she places an object inside the dollhouse, it appears in the real world, transforming her imagination into reality. Shahid, using his Axis Bank Visa Credit Card, helps bring these transformations to life. The dollhouse serves as a metaphor for the dreams and aspirations associated with the festive season, highlighting how small wishes can become meaningful celebrations.
Extending the campaign beyond the film, Axis Bank and Visa are offering more than 100 deals across categories including electronics, mobile phones, travel, shopping and lifestyle. Participating brands include LG, Samsung and Sony in electronics; Burberry, BOSS, COACH and Tory Burch in lifestyle; MakeMyTrip, ixigo and Air India in travel; and vivo and OPPO in mobile phones. Eligible Axis Bank Credit Cardholders on the Visa network can access discounts and EMI benefits, including offers of up to 20% off on credit card purchases and EMIs, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Arnika Dixit, Group Head – Cards, Payments and Wealth Management, Axis Bank, said customers increasingly expect their cards to deliver relevant value across their spending needs. She added that the bank, along with Visa, aims to make festive and planned purchases more rewarding by offering greater choice, flexibility and benefits through its credit card proposition. Anoop Manohar, Chief Marketing Officer, Axis Bank, said the campaign builds on the idea of making festive moments more special, with Shahid Kapoor bringing energy to the narrative and the bank’s financial offerings complementing the celebrations.
Adding to the campaign’s identity is an original festive score composed by Amit Trivedi, which brings a celebratory tone to the film and strengthens its emotional appeal. Gaurav Ramdev, Head of Marketing, India and South Asia, Visa, said the partnership aims to power more possibilities and offers for consumers during the festive season. Conceptualised by Leo India, the digital-first campaign will run across owned and paid digital platforms, social media, outdoor media, direct-to-customer touchpoints, ATMs and Axis Bank’s branch network, leveraging the combined marketing reach of the bank and Visa.
