EPACK Group has appointed Narayan Lodha as its Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer. A seasoned finance leader with over 25 years of experience, Lodha will lead the Group’s financial strategy, governance, and capital planning across its diversified businesses.
Lodha, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, has held senior roles at Vikram Solar, Inox Wind, and Indian Energy Exchange, with expertise in IPOs, fundraising, and business turnarounds.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time, as EPACK accelerates growth across verticals, with EPACK Durable already listed and EPACK Prefab Technologies preparing for an IPO. Lodha’s leadership is expected to drive financial discipline and long-term value creation.
