District by Zomato has partnered with Yash Raj Films for War 2, launching an exclusive in-app fan experience built around the film’s Hrithik Roshan vs. NTR rivalry.
Through the District app’s Movies section, fans can pick sides—Team Hrithik or Team NTR—join dedicated fan clubs, and win official War 2 merchandise. The integration aims to turn passive viewers into active participants, building a community around the film even before release.
YRF’s Manan Mehta said the initiative extends storytelling beyond the screen, while District emphasized its focus on deeper cultural engagement. The collaboration also includes Hotlist reminders, digital activations, and UGC content, making the War 2 fan war an immersive pre-release experience.
