Wipro has signed an agreement to acquire HARMAN’s Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business, a move aimed at strengthening its engineering R\&D and AI-powered digital engineering services across industries such as technology, aerospace, healthcare, industrial, and consumer.
The deal includes a multi-year strategic partnership with HARMAN and Samsung, with over 5,600 DTS employees worldwide set to join Wipro. Once approved, DTS will integrate into Wipro’s Engineering Global Business Line by December 2025.
Wipro said the acquisition will accelerate digital innovation, reduce time-to-market, and expand its global footprint, while HARMAN noted the move will help DTS scale faster and focus on delivering AI-first solutions.
