Reliance Industries and Meta have formed a joint venture to develop and scale enterprise AI solutions in India and select global markets.

With a joint investment of INR 855 crore, Reliance will hold 70% and Meta 30%. The venture will combine Meta’s Llama AI models with Reliance’s digital infrastructure to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Key offerings include an enterprise AI platform-as-a-service for custom model deployment and pre-configured AI applications for different industries.

Expected to launch by Q4 2025 pending approvals, the JV aims to accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation across enterprises.
