Apna Group has strengthened its leadership by appointing Kartik Narayan as CEO of its Jobs Marketplace vertical, reporting to Founder and Group CEO Nirmit Parikh.
With over two decades of experience across TeamLease, Vodafone Idea, Cisco, and Bharti Airtel, Narayan has led large-scale workforce and staffing operations, most recently as CEO of TeamLease Staffing and Executive Board Member of the Indian Staffing Federation.
In his new role, he will focus on scaling Apna’s Jobs Marketplace, deepening employer partnerships, and advancing AI-driven hiring solutions.
Welcoming him, Parikh said Narayan’s leadership will help Apna empower millions of job seekers and employers. Narayan added that Apna is transforming hiring through AI-powered recruiting agents, positioning the company to lead India’s evolving job economy.
The announcement follows Apna Group’s expansion into new areas, including Blue Machines, its Voice AI platform, and an upcoming Education vertical aimed at building the workforce of the future.
