Havas has strengthened its presence in Germany’s cultural marketing landscape with the acquisition of Styleheads, a Berlin-based agency known for its expertise in creator relations, live activations and culture-driven brand campaigns. The agency will join Havas Media Network in Germany, further enhancing the capabilities of the global Havas Play network.
The move is aimed at deepening Havas Play’s focus on connecting brands with audiences through shared passions such as music, sports, gaming, fashion and lifestyle. By bringing Styleheads into the network, Havas seeks to strengthen its ability to create culturally relevant content, experiences and creator-led activations for clients.
Under the new structure, Havas Play and Styleheads will operate with unified leadership. Styleheads Managing Director Eike Faecks will assume strategic and operational leadership of Havas Play across Germany, bringing together the group’s activation, creator engagement and cultural marketing initiatives under one integrated framework.
Founded in 2001, Styleheads has built a reputation as a full-service communications agency specialising in cultural marketing. The agency develops campaigns, events and creator partnerships for brands across sectors including fashion, lifestyle, FMCG and entertainment.
Through the integration, Styleheads will gain access to Havas’ global resources and network while maintaining its Berlin base, cultural identity and independent brand positioning. The partnership combines Styleheads’ strengths in cultural storytelling, creators and live experiences with the data, media and strategic capabilities of Havas Media Network.

For Styleheads, the partnership marks the next phase of growth, enabling the agency to combine its cultural marketing expertise with Havas Media’s international reach and integrated media capabilities, while continuing to develop creator-led campaigns and brand experiences for global clients.
