Punt Creative has secured the communications mandate for PizzaExpress India following a competitive multi-agency pitch.
Under the mandate, the agency will lead the brand’s communications and digital strategy, including social media, content development and integrated campaigns. Punt Creative will focus on strengthening PizzaExpress India’s digital presence, expanding its content ecosystem and creating culturally relevant campaigns to drive consumer engagement across platforms.
Commenting on the partnership, Harsh Shah, Managing Director, Punt Creative, said PizzaExpress is a brand with a rich heritage and a distinctive approach to food and dining. He added that the agency looks forward to developing meaningful campaigns and consumer conversations that enhance the brand’s digital presence and engagement.

The appointment comes as PizzaExpress India continues to expand its footprint across the country while strengthening its digital-first brand narrative. Founded in London in 1965, PizzaExpress is the UK’s leading pizza brand and currently operates 38 restaurants across nine Indian cities. GIHG also manages international restaurant brands including Olive Garden, Chili’s and P.F. Chang’s.
