GroupM’s media agency, EssenceMediacom, has secured the media mandate for Wonder Cement, following their collaboration with BCCI to become the official umpire partner for the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Wonder Cement, an Indian cement producer based in Rajasthan and founded in 2010 under the RK Group, recently joined the IPL as the official umpire partner. Starting with the 2024 playoffs, EssenceMediacom facilitated a five-year partnership between Wonder Cement, BCCI, and IPL.

This strategic move supports Wonder Cement’s goal to become a leading player in the cement industry and expand its presence in India.
