HP India has significantly upgraded its after-sales service for HP Smart Tank printers, launching the “Consider it Done” campaign. This initiative offers 24/7 support in 10 languages, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

HP now provides 12-hour, 7-day phone support and 24-hour, 7-day WhatsApp support in languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, Telugu, Odia, Marathi, and Kannada. Customers can also log installation and repair cases through the HP website, streamlining the support process.

Sunish Raghavan, Senior Director – Printing Systems, HP India, emphasized HP’s commitment to minimizing printer downtime and supporting business operations. The “Consider it Done” campaign aligns with the proactive attitude of business owners, ensuring HP Smart Tank printers are reliable.

The campaign, featuring business owners overcoming printer malfunctions with HP’s 24/7 support, highlights the trust and reliability HP aims to provide. Conceptualized by Lowe Lintas, it stars Aparshakti Khurana and R.J. Balaji, and is released in nine languages across TV, OOH, digital platforms, and on-ground activations.
