T-Mobile has completed its acquisitions of Vistar Media, a leading DOOH tech provider, and Blis, a privacy-focused ad solutions company. These moves strengthen T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) by enhancing targeted, measurable, and privacy-centric ad experiences.
Vistar’s programmatic platform will integrate with T-Mobile’s data to improve DOOH advertising, while Blis’ cookie-less targeting enhances omnichannel campaigns. The acquisitions are expected to contribute $250M in revenue, $75M in EBITDA, and $50M in free cash flow this year. T-Mobile acquired Blis for $175M, finalizing the deal on March 3, 2025, while the Vistar deal closed on February 3, 2025.
