VCCP US has appointed Matt MacDonald as Chief Creative Officer, where he will oversee all creative output and work alongside CEO Brett Edgar and Chief Strategy Officer Jonny Shaw. MacDonald joins during a period of rapid growth for the agency, which is celebrating its fifth year of double-digit revenue increases. VCCP US added 10 new clients this year, including Primark and Más+ by Messi.

MacDonald comes from BBDO New York, where he was Chief Creative Officer, and has extensive experience leading creative teams for major brands like AT&T. He is set to help VCCP US expand its creative capabilities and build on its success. CEO Brett Edgar praised MacDonald’s leadership, emphasizing his ability to mentor and inspire top talent.

VCCP has enjoyed global success, winning 77 awards this year and expanding its client base. The agency was also recently named 2024 Global Integrated Agency of the Year by Campaign UK. VCCP Group CEO Julian Douglas highlighted MacDonald’s role in helping the agency achieve its global ambitions.
