IPO-bound OYO has rebranded its parent company, Oravel Stays, as Prism to unify its diverse businesses under one corporate identity. Founder Ritesh Agarwal, in a letter to shareholders, said Prism will streamline communication while retaining the uniqueness of individual brands.
The move comes as OYO prepares for its much-anticipated IPO, signaling a stronger, more cohesive identity to global investors. With Prism as the umbrella brand, the company aims to bring greater clarity, efficiency, and synergy across its hospitality and travel-tech ventures.
