McCann and MullenLowe Singapore will merge under a single leadership structure, forming a consolidated creative operation for the market following the global Omnicom–IPG mega-merger, according to industry reports.

Paul Soon, currently CEO of MullenLowe Singapore, will take charge as CEO of the newly unified McCann Singapore. Supporting him in the revamped structure is Gonzalo Olivera, who will step in as President from January 1, overseeing creative, strategy, delivery and operations.

While MullenLowe is globally integrating with TBWA as part of the new Omnicom Advertising framework, Singapore marks a notable exception. Sean Donovan, President of Omnicom Advertising Asia, said the local market offered “a more natural fit” for McCann and MullenLowe due to their complementary capabilities, scale and history of collaboration.
