Tata Mutual Fund has launched its Friendship Day campaign, ‘Dost Hi Sikhaate Hain’, under its investor education platform ‘Mehfil e-fund’, using a blend of poetry, comedy and storytelling to encourage disciplined investing through Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs).

Presented as a unique ‘Pomedy’ (Poetry + Comedy) performance, the campaign celebrates the role of friends in shaping important life decisions while drawing a parallel between lasting friendships and long-term financial investments.

Mehfil e-fund is Tata Mutual Fund’s content-led investor education initiative that combines stories, poetry, comedy and performances to simplify personal finance and make investing more relatable for audiences across different age groups.

The Friendship Day edition uses humour and spoken-word poetry to highlight the importance of trust, consistency and patience, ultimately delivering the message that good friends are like SIPs—their value may not be evident every day, but over time they become one of life’s greatest investments.

Commenting on the campaign, Ashish Pawar, Chief Marketing Officer, Tata Asset Management, said friendships often influence some of life’s most important decisions and are built on trust, support and consistency. He added that these same qualities form the foundation of investing through SIPs, making the campaign a relatable way to communicate financial discipline.

Produced by Adsto Media House, the campaign will be promoted across Tata Mutual Fund’s digital and social media platforms as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to make investor education more engaging, accessible and relevant, particularly for young investors beginning their financial journey.
