WPP Media has elevated Aayush Chauhan to the role of Director – Programmatic, recognising his contribution to campaign strategy, execution and performance optimisation across key accounts over the past two and a half years.

Chauhan’s journey within the organisation reflects a steady progression from Associate Director to a leadership role focused on driving programmatic strategy and data-led media solutions. During his tenure, he has worked extensively on improving campaign delivery, optimising performance metrics and driving measurable business outcomes for clients.

His expertise spans large-scale programmatic campaigns across platforms such as Display & Video 360 and The Trade Desk, with a strong focus on data, measurement and operational efficiency key pillars of today’s digital advertising ecosystem.

Before joining WPP Media, Chauhan gained experience across several leading industry players including Xaxis, Criteo and Publicis Media. Across these roles, he worked on campaign operations, digital marketing and media strategy, building a strong foundation in programmatic advertising and audience-led media buying.

With this elevation, Chauhan is expected to play a larger role in strengthening WPP Media’s programmatic capabilities and delivering more data-driven and performance-focused solutions for brands.
