Ipsos has completed the acquisition of The BVA Family, following regulatory approvals and consultations in France. The move strengthens Ipsos’ presence in France, the UK, and Italy, and adds BVA’s expertise in customer experience, behavioral science, public sector research, and pack testing via PRS IN VIVO.

With this integration, BVA teams gain access to Ipsos’ global infrastructure, while Ipsos expands its service offerings. The companies cite a strong cultural fit and complementary strengths. Post-acquisition, Ipsos France will operate as Ipsos Bva, Italy as Ipsos Doxa, and BDRC in the UK will rebrand to Ipsos.
